  • Owns accounts for all operational aspects and acts as long-term project manager, working with: business development, ad sales and account management on performance optimization/analyses/reports and ad operations
  • Accountable for all campaign delivery and performance metrics for assigned accounts
  • Works with Platform Managers and leads campaign-specific calls with the account management to ensure accountability around launches, and delivery and performance updates of current campaigns and tests
  • Works closely with other departments such as, Product, Engineering, and Marketing departments to ensure that products and services meet the evolving needs of current and future clients and drive new processes and tools to accommodate client and business needs
  • Displays organizational and leadership capabilities to track progress, execution and success of client(s) campaigns
  • Provides creative insights and solutions to meet campaign challenges
  • Participates in setting campaign strategies (targeting, bidding, optimization, etc.) across assigned account(s) and manages efficient and effective execution by their ops team; oversees and approves RFP responses prior to sending to agency/brand
  • Works with Account Director and client to determine media requirements/inventory sources
  • Maintains the awareness of new and emerging technologies, industry trend and the potential application on client engagements
  • Maintains a close relationship with each client through routine follow-up and exceptional execution and service.


  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-3 years of online advertising experience
  • Proven experience working with advertisers to fully understand their business model and campaign objectives, and ability to develop strategies to meet their goals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong experience in successful team management and leadership
  • Ability to challenge, understand and negotiate work requests to intelligently achieve target
  • Ability to interact and effectively communicate with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
  • Exceptional analytical problem solving abilities, ability to mine data for campaign performance insights
  • Self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them
  • Strong overall computer skills and expertise with Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong client-facing skills and experience
  • Advanced understanding and experience with DSPs, DMPs, 3rd Party data, pixel technologies, Ad Servers. Strong experience in online media, including account management, buying, client/campaign strategy, and media planning.
