  • As SVP of Ad Operations & Platform, Jill is responsible to structure and drive YellowHammer’s operational framework through strategic processes, procedures and optimization.

    Jill has spent over 12 years in the ad-tech industry at large corporations and start-ups including Rubicon, Propel Media, and Pubvantage, before joining YellowHammer Media Group. Jill has extensive experience building, managing and refining Client Services, Account Management and Operational Teams from the ground up to support the demanding needs of Fortune 1000 clients.

    Jill holds a BA from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an MBA from American University.

  • Andrew Hirsch

  • As Vice President of Client Services, Andrew works with YellowHammer’s direct-to-consumer brand clients to plan, execute, and optimize their marketing campaigns. He also oversees strategy, creative process, and media execution to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.

    Andrew has spent over 6 years at YellowHammer Media Group, making him a trusted expert on all client campaigns. He interacts with clients daily and is responsible for building and strengthening partner relationships. Additionally, Andrew focuses on business and product development, while identifying additional opportunities for existing clients to help them scale and achieve their goals. Andrew serves as General Manager of YellowHammer’s West Coast office in Los Angeles.

    Andrew holds a BA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

  • As Director of Media, Kirsten oversees media buying, optimization, and audience targeting across all platforms. She enjoys helping brands navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital and social marketing.

    Kirsten has spent over 5 years at YellowHammer Media Group, starting as the first Social Media Buyer, growing into the Director of Social role and now leading the Media team.

    One of her favorite YH memories is getting a framed copy of a YellowHammer Facebook Case Study signed by Sheryl Sandberg.Kirsten holds a BS from the A.Q. Miller School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Kansas State University.
